Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dublin House Boutique. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned 15 days from the date of purchase. If you would like a new size or item, simply order a new one and a refund will be processed on the item you are returning, once the return has been received and accepted as in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 15 days
• The product is in its original packaging with tags attached
• The product hasn’t been worn or washed
• The product isn't used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered eligible for a refund and in some cases store credit will be issued.

If you meet our return criteria, simply contact us for an RMA. For your convenience Dublin House Boutique offers a UPS return label that can be used for your return package. The use of our label is $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship your return without using Dublin House Boutique’s return label, we recommend that you insure the package and obtain tracking information. 

Failure to notify us that you are returning an item will delay the processing of your refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance and to file a claim at 1-888-434-3088.

SALES ITEMS:

Unfortunately, FINAL SALE items cannot be refunded. Only regular price AND sale items can be refunded.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS:

Any purchases made during the month of December have until the 15th of January to return the item. The return must still meet Dublin House Boutique’s return policy to be considered for return.
