COVID-19: Customer Service Update

To Our Loyal Dublin House Boutique Customer,

Just a quick note, to let you know that our top priority remains the health and well-being of our DHB team, customers, and our community.  As we continue to adapt to the  COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking the necessary steps to ensure that you still receive the same great service you have grown to love, but more importantly we are doing so safely.

While we take the important precautions to stay healthy, our website remains open for business, as well as our remote customer care department. We will continue to fulfill orders on time; however, we may take longer to ensure that all items that are shipped are handled carefully so that you have the confidence of knowing that we adhere to the  CDC’s recommended guidelines.  Moreover, we are extending our returns by 5 extra days, until further notice. Your safety comes first, and we understand that as we navigate this new normal, things will occur that are out of our control.      

Lastly, if our business operation changes, and orders are impacted we will update this page immediately.
